A Reminder about the Gifts of Patience

Today's Message From Zeynep: Patience allows me to trust the flow of life, myself and others.

I am able to be patient when I understand that gentleness will

accomplish more than force. This understanding enables me to

hold myself back from pushing or using force with people or

situations. Today let me experience patience.

The world around me is a mirror reflecting the person I am.

I must change myself.

To blame and complain will only make matters

worse.

What I see in others shows me myself.

beauty and be beautiful, let me admire creativity and be creative, let

me love and be loved, let me seek to understand and be understood.
